The applicant from Ukraine must provide the following documents:
The above list of documents is not final and may vary depending on the applicant’s individual situation. Before starting cooperation, our manager conducts a free assessment of the applicant’s situation and evaluates the chances of obtaining a visa. This significantly increases the likelihood of obtaining a UK visa due to our individual approach to each applicant. Alternatively, we can timely warn the applicant about a high probability of refusal, which may help you avoid a visa refusal as well as unnecessary loss of money and time. If the potential applicant’s situation is not sufficiently favourable for obtaining a positive decision on a UK visa application, we will provide recommendations on how the situation can be improved in order to apply for a visa in the future and maximise the chances of obtaining a UK visa.

The standard processing time for a UK Marriage Visitor Visa is approximately 3 weeks (10–15 working days) from the date biometric information is submitted at the visa application centre. If you require a faster decision, you may purchase the Priority Visa Service. With this service, visa applications are usually processed within 5–7 working days. The cost of the Priority Service is £500 per applicant and is payable in addition to the visa application fee through the official UK Visa Application Centre website.
What Rights Does a UK Marriage Visitor Visa Provide?
A UK Marriage Visitor Visa allows you to legally marry or enter into a civil partnership in the United Kingdom.
The visa is normally granted for 6 months and allows multiple entries and exits during its validity period. However, like a Standard Visitor Visa, a Marriage Visitor Visa does not permit you to live in the UK on a long-term basis or use the visa for settlement purposes. This means that you may travel to the UK, get married, and remain in the country for a temporary visit, but you cannot permanently live in the UK with your spouse under this visa category. If your intention is to settle in the UK and live with your spouse after marriage, you must leave the UK and apply for a UK Spouse Visa from outside the United Kingdom.
All UK visas are now issued in electronic format (eVisa). Once a positive decision has been made, an official notification from UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) will be sent to our email address. After that, our manager will assist you with registering your personal UKVI account, setting up access to your eVisa, and provide detailed guidance on how to use it when travelling to and staying in the United Kingdom.
