The UK-based sponsor must provide the following documents when applying for a UK Fiancé Visa:
The above list of documents is not final and may vary depending on the applicant’s individual situation. Before starting cooperation, our manager conducts a free assessment of the applicant’s situation and evaluates the chances of obtaining a visa. This significantly increases the likelihood of obtaining a UK visa due to our individual approach to each applicant. Alternatively, we can timely warn the applicant about a high probability of refusal, which may help you avoid a visa refusal as well as unnecessary loss of money and time. If the potential applicant’s situation is not sufficiently favourable for obtaining a positive decision on a UK visa application, we will provide recommendations on how the situation can be improved in order to apply for a visa in the future and maximise the chances of obtaining a UK visa.

UK Fiancé Visa Processing Times
You may choose the Priority Visa Service for an additional fee of £ 500. Under this service, a decision is usually made within 1.5 months. However, please note that UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) reserves the right to extend the processing time if further checks or additional information are required, even where the priority service fee has been paid.
Cost of a UK Fiancé Visa
The UK Fiancé Visa application fee is £2,064. If getting married in the United Kingdom is not essential for you, we recommend getting married in Ukraine or another country and then applying directly for a UK Spouse Visa. This is because the required documents, application fee, and processing times for a UK Fiancé Visa are generally the same as those for a UK Spouse Visa.
However, a UK Spouse Visa is granted for 2.5 years, whereas a UK Fiancé Visa is valid for only 6 months. Once your Fiancé Visa expires, you will need to prepare a similar set of documents again and pay both the visa application fee and the Immigration Health Surcharge when applying for a Spouse Visa. For this reason, in order to save time and money, and to maximise the chances of a successful application, we generally recommend applying directly for a UK Spouse Visa whenever possible.
All UK visas are now issued in electronic format (eVisa). Once a positive decision has been made, an official notification from UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) will be sent to our email address. After that, our manager will assist you with registering your personal UKVI account, setting up access to your eVisa, and provide detailed guidance on how to use it when travelling to and staying in the United Kingdom.
